Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION, PUNCTUALITY, AND CONSENT POLICY By booking an appointment at VJESTHETIC, I confirm that I have read and accepted these policies. I understand that I am not entitled to any claims in case of non-compliance and that my technician’s time is valuable. Cancellations and No-Shows: • A 60% service fee will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or for no-shows. • No-shows will be charged automatically, with no exceptions. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, but we also value our technician’s time and effort. Rescheduling: • If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. • Rescheduling on the same day of your appointment without receiving the service will result in the loss of your deposit. Deposit and Fill-In Policy: • All deposits are non-refundable. • Fill-in recommendations: • Every 2 weeks (1-14 days): You must have at least 50% of your lash extensions remaining. • Every 3 weeks (15-21 days): You must have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining. • More than 22 days: It will be considered a new set. • We do not accept fills from other salons. Punctuality and Late Arrivals: • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • If you arrive 15 minutes late, you will still be attended, but we may not be able to complete a full fill. • For every additional 15 minutes late, a $10 late fee will apply. • If you are 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded. Appointment Requirements: • Arrive with no eye makeup to ensure optimal service. If you arrive with makeup, a $15 makeup removal fee will apply. • If a lash bath is needed, an additional $20 fee will be charged. Authorization for Photos and Videos: • By booking an appointment, you authorize VJESTHETIC to take photos and/or videos during your service for promotional purposes on social media. • If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, you must notify us before your appointment. For eyebrow services: Please discontinue the use of skincare products containing retinol, salicylic acid, azelaic acid, or any other exfoliating acids at least 3 days before your appointment to avoid irritation and ensure the best results. Location and Directions: • If you use iPhone GPS, please note that it may sometimes provide incorrect directions and send you to a different town with the same address. We recommend using Google Maps to avoid confusion. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and work. We look forward to seeing you soon!
